Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any required documentation on time. Any duties, taxes, registration costs, insurance costs, or other charges not expressly included in the agreed price remain the customer's responsibility.
Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before completing a purchase. Where an inspection report, auction sheet, service history, or condition report is available, it may be shared for guidance.
Used vehicles may show normal signs of age, use, or previous ownership. Unless specifically stated in writing, vehicles are sold in their current condition at the time of sale.
Test drives and viewings are subject to vehicle availability and prior arrangement. Test drives are limited to a maximum distance of 200km.
Anyone requesting a test drive must hold a valid driving licence and follow all traffic laws, safety instructions, and directions given by our staff. EMKE Auto Trading Ltd may decline or stop a test drive where safety, legal, or operational concerns arise.
Any warranty offered by EMKE Auto Trading Ltd will be stated clearly in writing at the time of sale. Unless a written warranty or return arrangement is provided, used vehicles are sold as inspected and accepted by the buyer.
Return, cancellation, or refund requests will be handled according to the specific agreement made for that transaction and applicable Kenyan law.

Where such an event affects our ability to deliver a vehicle or service, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and work towards a fair resolution once the event has passed.
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
